This attorney agreed to do my divorce for %750 and requested I send her 500 to get started. I sent her the $500 and I heard from her once after she cashed it, when I called her. She never entered herself as the attorney of record and was not returning my phone calls. When I emailed her after the holidays, she informed me that she was not my attorney as of 3 days after she cashed my MO. I did not request this and was floored. I asked for my money to be returned since she had not done ANY work on the case and she refused. I currently have an open complaint with the MO Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel and am waiting to hear from the BBB. Please BEWARE of this attorney.
