I support the person that stated Justice Fitzpatrick supports male abusers and doesn’t suppprt mothers. Justice Fitzpatrick stripped me of custody of my son without any supporting documentation and then resigned in April 2022. My understanding is that he is real estate lawyer now. I can’t wait for karma to occur against this prick!!

The worse judge against mothers I have ever met. He will insinuate that the mother that is trying to protect their children, is actually aliniating the child against the "poor father" which indeed is the actual criminal in the story. Fitzpatrick tries his best to blame the woman for all the abuse the father has done to his children. In conclusion, please if mothers see the name of Justice Dale Fitzpatrick, ask for an adjustment or run out the court room immediately!!!! Unless you want to loose your custody against your abuser. He is definitely against mothers. And will go out of his way to punish them. And he will point children lawyers that will also go against the mothers since the beginning of their so called "investigation" all they want to prove is that the mother is manipulating her own children against the father. I wish judges were again protecting the weak ones and caring truly about the best interest of the children not against who is genetically made to protect them.No Sens
