Mr. McGlashan has extensive experience, particularly with driving offences such as Impaired Driving and has conducted hundreds of trials. He cares about his clients and is always easy to get in touch with and is willing to discuss your file with you so that you understand what is going on. Mr. McGlashan would be an excellent choice of lawyer for anyone looking for help with a Criminal charge such as a DUI.

Brian Mglashan assumed my case was a slam dunk and didn't do his job. He knew my case so little that the crown was able to submit incorrect information into the court and Brian Mglashan agreed to it on the record. Mglashan didn't call any witnesses but instead just submitted some written notes that they had made (close to useless) although if he had of called the witnesses it likely would've ruined the crowns case. I could probably write a ten page essay on how this guy screwed me but if you want to use Mr. Mglashan, bring your own lube.

Brian McGlashan took my case a few years ago and did not even strive to help me fight my case. He came to trial with my case on a pad of sticky notes and every month or two that I would visit him he wouldn't remember any details about my case. I was really upset over his lack of care into my case and after everything he gave me a partial refund.. I believe it was because he knew he didn't do the best for me and my case.
