We used this attorney as a private judge to expedite our divorce process. Judge Pearce used this golden opportunity to procrastinate and delay the proceedings for over three long agonizing years billing out thousands of dollars in useless motions and paperwork. He disregarded my plight as a victim of an alcoholic physical and verbal abuser. Presumably, because I was a professional woman, I wasn't susceptible to that situation. Technically, he completely disregarded indisputable testimony from a neutral financial attorney and other psychological professionals in their fields, which makes me question his personal integrity and/or intelligence. Pearce brags on his website that he finished law school and passed the bar in record time...BFD. My own father decided on a lark to go to the same law school, which he did at night while continuing his medical practice during the day and raising his family with four kids. My father graduated on time & passed the bar the first time.
