Pretty much did the same with me as the other reviewer said. Im a female and everything went good until after he was paid. If your a female, DO NOT HIRE DAVID.

He took my girlfriends case and charged her a couple of grand. He's all smiles and talks big at the beginning. At first, he promptly called her back. In the middle of resolving her issue, he never returns her calls. Granted that he's very busy, he should have someone else in his office to help him with her issue. I'm going to recommend that she file a formal complaint with the state of Texas. For what he charged, he should have followed through. This guy won an award for ethics? They gave it to the wrong attorney. Don't waste your money and find a better attorney.
