Alex was my ex husbands attorney in a custody/child support case. He was very unethical. He filed everything late waiting to see our position and our exhibits, that causing my ex to have to pay my attorney's fees. He also filed to get info on me after our hearing had passed.....very dishonest.

horrible lawyer who got me compelled because he did not give the opposing attorney what he asked for though I gave him the information and he out right lied and said he gave it to him .I was compelled and to pay the opposing attorney 750 dollars .DO NOT HIRE HIM

Alex has done nothing but make getting divorced 1000x's harder for my X and I. We worked out our partnering time and division very smoothly but he has played every dirty trick that an attorney could ever play making it nearly impossibly to ever want or be able to respect my X that I have to have a relationship with for the rest of my life. Slime ball/dirt bag are the only terms that I can use without cursing to try and explain. He has sent threats with my X's knowledge, racked up countless hours with long drafted emails that had no place even being done. I can not stress enough how horrible he made our lives and scared a relationship that very well could have been a very friendly one less his evolment and it breaks my heart.

Alex is a terrible attorney. I had the worst and most stressful time with him representing me. He never returns your calls. I also had an important hearing and he did not show for it and I had to go before the judge alone. It ended horrible for me and he tried to charg me anyways. Also you have to fight to get a damn spending report for your retainer!! Do not hire him!!

Mr. Moorhead was my ex-husband's attorney in a very high conflict child custody case. I have personally worked in the legal field for 20 years and have never seen or heard of an attorney who had such a personal vendeta against an apposing party. Every chance he got he attempted to get me to lose it by intimidating me, mocking me and lying with no moralistic integrity. For lack of a better description he was snake in the grass, never doing anything in front of my new husband or the judge....He in no way was looking out for the best interest of my children.

In my opinion Alex Moorhead is very, very unethical. Although he was my husband's attorney (the defendant) Mr. Moorhead filed our divorce decree, signing my attorney's name, without my signature or knowledge, alleging on tape that he, Mr. Moorhead, couldn't reach me.
