Alex is a terrible attorney. I had the worst and most stressful time with him representing me. He never returns your calls. I also had an important hearing and he did not show for it and I had to go before the judge alone. It ended horrible for me and he tried to charg me anyways. Also you have to fight to get a damn spending report for your retainer!! Do not hire him!!

In my opinion Alex Moorhead is very, very unethical. Although he was my husband's attorney (the defendant) Mr. Moorhead filed our divorce decree, signing my attorney's name, without my signature or knowledge, alleging on tape that he, Mr. Moorhead, couldn't reach me.
