Worst attorney ever. Can't believe he passed the bar. Instead of telling me I could file myself a motion to have my abuser removed from my home he waited a whole week to go the SCV court, charged me lots of money $2500 and then I was out of my house because my abuser got free advice thru legal aid and beat me to the punch. Cost me over $1,000 to stay in hotels until I got this resolved by representing myself. If you have even an 8th grade education you are better off going it alone instead of relying on him. Sharon

I used Mr. Marcus for a couple of years in a post divorce matter. He was adequate in his skills, however, he is not a nice man. His communication skills are the worst I have ever come across and he has a huge head on his shoulders. He is a total jerk and his younger associate is just as bad. Stay Away!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! After getting a new attorney my case was so damaged because of Mr. Marcus I had Know choice but to settle. Had grounds for malpractice. My new attorney was wonderful and said in his 30 years of practice could not believe someone could be this neglagent!
