Some time ago I was confronted with a complex sensitive family and custody matter. I expected lengthy and costly litigation. That was the opinion of a few very reputable attorneys. Barry Gross was highly recommended to me by two very knowledgeable and reliable sources and I went about retaining him.
Mister Gross took action immediately with an Order To Show Cause and kept me informed at each further step that he took. Over a few months time he demonstrated great expertise in litigating; in negotiating a very good result; and in drafting excellent and complex stipulations of settlement. In the course of all that, he successfully obtained all that we wanted and needed, and without what would have been a painful courtroom confrontation.
We were and remain grateful to Mister Gross, not only for the result he accomplished, but also for his sensitivity to our plight through what could have been a distressing ordeal. And he did all that without using up the original retainer I gave him.

I was beyond blessed to have Mr. Gross represent me in a very complicated, contentious divorce. He came very highly recommended and did not disappoint. His attention to detail, expertise and command of the law is second to none. His compassion, integrity and professionalism always shines through to achieve what is in the best interest of his client. I would highly recommend Mr. Gross for anyone going through a divorce. He showed he really cared for me and my situation and was highly knowledgeable of the law. I had gone for second opinions and was told both times to stick with him, that he is the smartest attorney they know. My divorce was far from easy, and my ex-husband and his attorney made matters more difficult than they needed to be, but Mr. Gross handled them with knowledge and experience so I always felt things would be ok. From the beginning he took control and made me feel safe and protected, I needed that. I also needed him to be a bit of a "shark" to protect my interests and he was that. Many of my friends that have gone through a divorce and asked my opinion, have used him and feel the same. It is my pleasure to give him this recommendation, he deserves it.

I already had an attorney representing me for my divorce that was not going well when a friend of mine found that out I was getting divorced He called me and told me Whatever you do hire Barry Gross, I did just that, And fired the firm that was representing me at the time .In my experience with Barry I can accurately say that he is very extremely Experienced and knowledgable in the laws Associated with all aspects Concerning Divorce separation,Children,Property ,Finances. etc .I Find Barry to be a Hard-working caring man who's not afraid to stand up and protect his clients best interests. A divorce is not an easy and can be very emotionally draining ,One thing for sure The law firm of Parola and Gross will guide their clients In the right direction. He did for me.
