John is amazing! He was so thorough and really took his time during our consultation. He added a touch of humor which helped me SO much as I was super nervous. I really felt like he was “on my team” while dealing with such a nerve racking situation. I highly recommend him!!!!

Very bad communicator. I would not use him for anything but chapter 7. That is the one thing he seems to know well. Very frustrating to work with.
