Rod Hall was efficient and capable of handling every aspect of my particular situation in 2013 especially if there are government departments involved. If Mr. Hall was unfamiliar with anything unique to my case, he soon came back with answers after thorough research on precedents. Litigation and resolution take time. Sometimes the minor issues originally brought to the table become less important once the major issues are covered. It all depends on how much you want to pay and what your chances are of success. He is a very busy lawyer whom can set aside the emotions and deal with the facts, as any respectful lawyer should.

A very poor representative of the profession. Divorce issues were not addressed in any timely or organized fashion and finally we had to fire him. The new Council is by far more competent.

I hired this lawyer Oct 2011 and had specific concerns. These main concerns were not addressed and even after I specifically asked for them to be dealt with he did not do them which caused me more harm. In the end I fired him in Nov 2012 and ended up representing myself. I got the issue dealt with on my own within 7 days of firing Roderick Hall.
