Not at all as she’s being portrayed, she helped an abusive parent keep custody when he was only using the kids to get money from the system and spite his ex. He had them sleeping in an unfinished basement at times to skip jurisdictions and avoid child services. Do not entrust this person with your custody matter but especially if you have protection concerns about the kids and your ex. She denied justice to children who badly needed their other parent to step in. Her client had an ugly secret he was hiding, a personality disorder or maybe worse, and should NEVER have had custody. I hope her conscience bothers her because it should if she actually has one. She also filed the incorrect forms at the Superior court...if I had been paying that would have ticked me off.

Simonetta is Fantastic. I can not say enough about her. She is extremely smart, honest, fair, very knowledgeable, and sets clear expectations. As others have said she has a big heart. Simonetta always kept me in check and her guidance through a 2 year ordeal was amazing. She helped me every step of the way and was always accessible. I always felt safe, even when I wasn't sure it was the correct path...however it always was. I am a Father and Simonetta helped me obtain the best possible result anyone could have imagined. The reason for this result is that she is a terrific lawyer. It has been a few years since the result and it is clear that what she did for my children will help them forever. My children will have the best shot at life and are on the path to success. Simonetta is Incredible. Also, Diane (Law Clerk) is wonderful, very compassionate and a great communicator.

Simonetta remains within all the parameters of the Law and maintains a professionalism, while still ensuring clients are happy and satisfied with the work that she does.

Simonetta is highly intelligent, competent and professional. She delivers when she promises she will and does not disappoint. Her law clerk Diane needs to be a little more courteous towards clients.
