Don't believe the trolls. I met Linda and was super impressed by the air of confidence, calmness and experience she brought. This was sustained throughout the process. She handled my ex's lawyer smoothly and calmly, but took a 'fair and reasonable' stance throughout. This meant that the process was fast and smooth, and didn't escalate into a full scale war. I came out feeling that my core needs (the goals that I knew were important to me) had been met, and that we came through the other side quite unscathed. Linda works by getting to know what key matters are important to her client, then judges which aspects are able to be compromised and helps her client work through those items. Great job Linda. Thanks for everything.

Without question Linda was the beginning of the end for me! Said "don't worry about the house it will sort itself out" meanwhile my ex wasn't paying the mortgage and just basically rolled over and pee'd on her belly when my exes lawyer proposed I leave all contents of house, and pay on the high end of the alimony scale due to the fact that my ex never worked. I got a chair and some clothes and then when I asked if I could go and get some things of mine she said " oh no that would be breaking and entering"....result was I ended up bankrupt due to ridiculous alimony and then after paying my ex ALL of my pay per month except enough for food, she stopped paying the mtg and the house was for closed on...WORST LAWYER EVER. if you see her on the street run as fast as you can IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION

Wow i wish I had looked up Linda on the internet before hiring her! My husband left me and I was distraught. I brought Linda a contract from my ex to sell our house and what should I do. She said "well do you want to sign it?" My next lawyer said she never should have let me sign those papers. When I told her what my ex was doing she said "some things you have to chalk up to a bad choice in a husband" My husband had received a head injury and done horrible things. Yet Linda thought ten years prior when marrying I should've predicted this. I too am facing bankruptcy have been left with all the marital debt and when we went to our four way meeting with my ex and his lawyer Linda didn't even speak! The other lawyer was attacking my family and my credibility and I had to defend myself! Unbelievable. That I believe is what a lawyer is hired for. We need advocates we can trust when in distress. Not someone who helps us lose everything and then wants to get paid for it :(

This lawyer never knew what was going on with the case. She was always going to "get back to me" with answers to my questions, but never did. She sent someone else's separation papers to me, then told me I'd be in trouble if i read them - give me a break. Her solution was to suck up to the opposing lawyer and advise me to give the ex more money that i had. She took the date of separation from the opposing lawyer despite my insistence that I had married my husband far before that date. She gave no advice or options other than pay money. Weirdly, Linda's advice was prefaced with, Well'' ...(Ex) said that. . ." . and she'd take that for truht over my information.

She basically aided the other party with wishy washy letter writing. She did not do what was requested of her and cost me dearly. I would NEVER recommend this lawyer to anyone going through a family dispute. Lazy and ineffective. She is the reason I am now bankrupt and my ex has the house contents and my children. She basically threw the rope over the tree and slapped the horse on the ass. BEWARE!
