All about billable hours. Promised the world without knowing the details of the case. Cost me a fortune with no results.

Alison is very knowledgeable but will charge you for every little thing. Money seems to be a big focus for her. She is good at what she does,but she doesn't always want to listen to what you want and does what she thinks again not always bad i guess!. She handles the court room well and seems to be well respected by judges. All in all I was happy

Alison was upfront and had practical advice and definitely is knowledgeable. Judge agreed with what she had to say. She let me know if she thought something should be agreed to and not argued about, saving me money. She gave good advice, and prevented me from making bad decisions. She is busy and I sometimes had to wait a bit for an appointment, but worth it.

Allison Bennet is nothing short of the well oiled machine in her profession who carefully weighs right and wrong. As for me, her integrity bars none. She leaves no stone unturned and will not yield to injustice. From what I have seen, she is dedicated, passionate and meticulous. She is the definition of what we all want in a good lawyer and I’m certain, a credit to her peers. Worth every penny!

She is arrogant and rude. She doesn't explain the situation clearly, and drags the issues out unnecessarily (thereby over billing her clients). Becomes very defensive when questioned and will turn on her client if you disagree with her.

Grossly over charged. A senior lawyer who feels it's appropriate to charge for case law research.
