He failed to zealously represent me. He spoke to me in a very condensending way. He was very sarcastic and unprofessional. Did not allow me to make final decisions regarding how my case should be handled. He failed to present evidence, in this case pictures, as proof in my defense. Has failed to respond at all for the past 6 weeks except with a bill. He actually has cost me thousands when he could have saved me thousands. When I expressed my feelings about not being represented he made excuses, passed the buck and told me that I could fire him but I had no funds to pay another $2500. retainer. So far his bill total is over $10.000 and I'm not even divorced. He failed to protect my children from a man who was removed from the home 5 years ago for child abuse. He has little knowledge of VA or Social security rules even though he works in family law. I did the research, gave him the info. and he ignored me, ordered VA $ for support and later billed me for the correction. AVOID
