Did not contest ex-parte orders which should have been contested. Did not work with mediator and opposing counsel beforehand to agree upon best process/procedure. Did not keep notes of mediation or try to summarize what was the proposed agreement but, instead, was checking and sending emails on her blackberry. Poorly advised me on my demand from alimony from my husband of 35 years, agreeing to set an artificial time limit which not even the courts could overrule. Not tenacious in discovery. Wasted huge time for opposing counsel and my husband to provide agreed upon documentation. Generally feeling was that she "just wanted to get this over with." But, it's my life, even though it's just another job to her. The most positive thing I can say about her is that she has a pleasant demeanor, most of the time. I would not recommend her under any circumstance.
