If you are in trouble and need an amazing lawyer, Mr. Halvorsen is your man. Not only did he beat my charge, but he gave me hope and confidence throughout the whole thing. He is smart, caring and will tell you the truth. His years of experience and knowledge of the law make him stick out from the rest. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Halvorsen, but he will fight for you and get you results. This man is worth every penny and I wouldn't doubt that he could get the same results for someone else.

I hired Dave to handle a DUI charge in 2015. Although the circumstances of my arrest made it impossible to pursue a Not Guilty plea, I am confident that if I had any chance of winning Dave would have found it. My impression is that he is very knowledge, honest & competent. He was the second lawyer I hired and I sincerely regret not going to Dave first. He was much more accessible, and you really feel like your case is moving forward. It is worth mentioning that he is a fairly expensive lawyer. I paid $2500 to have my case reviewed, and was quoted another $6000 should the case go to trail. If you can afford to retain him I would agree with most people on here that Dave is worth every penny.

He has a healthy skepticism of the Crown and its case, but they show him respect. Got me good results. Pay this man well, he is worth every penny.
