I feel like he is a lawyer for a woman rights association. He is absolutely waste of time. I got him through legal aid so he doesn't care. He has ZERO communication policy. He wants everything at the last moment right before the court date, until then he don't communicate. Woman's are always right for him. I am from Vancouver but that's the only legal aid they had available.

This lawyer treated me with respect and provided good legal advice. He is expensive. Not sure what happened to other reviewer but I am male and had no problems

Richard Tyo is a waste of time and money. He has old methods that are not up to date and refuses to get with the times. It was a constant battle of technology. Blowing through money like it grows on trees. Spending more time worrying about the other party and their well being. It is my opinion he is used to representing women and that is how I felt during my time with him. At the last moment he dropped me as a client after threatening to numerous times prior and left me hanging for court without representation. He truly believes he is better than than most and made me feel like I was a waste of his time. $15,000 later and I was left alone and needed to retain a new lawyer to clean up his mess and disgusting methods.
