This guy took money and had no recollection of our case when it was time to handle the case! Hedoesnt return phone calls! NOT A FIGHTER!! Dont wast your hard earned money! Hes a public defender and works great for the State! So to get a plea bargain - use this guy! See the lady below and her sad story! Same with every story!

Archie was hired to defend my son, only met with him twice. I could not get him or his assistant to return calls or meet with my son in jail. In fact, he was to be at the arraignment at 9 am, after locating him, he showed up at 12:30. I don't believe he read the entire charges or the lab report. After the initial consultation and the first installment of his fee,Archie never discussed the case with my son again, just convinced him to take the plea deal,10 do 2,unknown to us it also came with a fine of over $17,000 and 13 years probation, as we found out at sentencing. Archie also had the nerve to say to me in court, "I should have charged you more." The lab report stated a "non-controlled substance" After spending a year in county jail, he was sent to Jackson then Rogers State Prison,a medium security prison for misrepresenting a non controlled substance. My son never had a violent nature, he is extremely scarred from that experience and I have lost all faith in our justice system.
