Norman Boxall was recommend to us and he is an outstanding lawyer. He was very thorough, listened to everything each of us had to say, was able to sort through lots of details and make sense of the case while offering solid strategies. I'm not sure why other commentators here say he just pleas out because our experience was quite the opposite. He was eager to fight the case and was incredible in pre-trial. He systematically tore down and trapped the plaintiffs in their false statements and was very quick to capitalize on missteps by the prosecutor. Would we call on Mr. Boxall again - absolutely - all charges were dismissed.

used to be one of the best, but now its all plea bargain... very very few go to trial. Thus, get someone that is active in the industry. Knowing people is key... this firm is old with too many youth that don't know the ropes yet...it used to be a great firm, not so much anymore. Especially with pleas occurring 95% of the time. crown wants their convictions (stats means money). Lawyers want their pleas (easy money). So, get someone who fights for their clients...

Retaining Norman for my defense was the best decision I ever made. My first experience with the criminal justice system was intimidating and very frightening. Norman was the voice of reason and calm. He is extremely knowledgeable and has very productive relationships with prosecutors and appears to have the respect of the judge who heard my case. The outcome for me could have been very bleak. By following Norm's advice I was able to exit the process with an absolute discharge for the charges brought against me. It is not so much the outcome as every situation is different, it's more Norm's ability to see the long range picture and work the system to reach the desired outcome. Yes....Norman is expensive but when your professional and personal life hangs in the balance, this is the man you want representing you. There are many lawyers out there. Some may be very good, others.....not so much. Norm is personable, available and always returns your call. I recommend him highly.

Mr. BOXALL does not settle on anything less then what he believes is fair. He and his firm were beside me every step of the way and was very informative and supportave through my ordeal. Mr. BOXALL was able to secure and "withdrawn" status for my situation. I recomend him highly and he is well worth his prices.

I phoned Norman regarding a speeding ticket which is in the category of stunt driving. He was very informative about how the law works, what the next steps would be with my case and realistic about his charges. I found him to be very professional.

One of the greatest defence lawyers in Canada. He is extremely competent, professional and personable and provides excellent legal services. He took my case, worked hard, produced outstanding results and left me wonder why he helped me – certainly not for money because I couldn’t afford his experience.
