Raj Sharma is Super Fantastic!!!! We got a very ignorant immigration agent for our PR application and she totally messed it up. We found Raj online and he immediately reassured us and got to work. We were served with medical fairness letter by CIC. Our application was looking hopeless and grim. Raj immediately got an excellent Psychologist, Dr Hap Davis to do an assessment on my child which we submitted to CIC and and he followed up my wife's case as well. I am glad to inform you that after 7 months, we got our PR. I have lived and practiced in UK for the last 16 yrs; I can confidently say that this guy is by far the best immigration lawyer that I have ever met. When I moved to Canada in June 2008 I hired another Immigration lawyer and it wasn't a great experience at all. The worse thing was the lack of communication and the lack of actual activity. They just do whatever you can do and hope for the best. I switched to Raj in June 2012 and felt the difference. He always promptly answer my emails, we start doing something next day after our first meeting. I have a hard case so we ended up in Federal Court, won our case and I've been successfully landed yesterday. My advice would be: if don't have any problem - do everything by yourself. Canada Immigration has a great website so it's not hard to do everything without Immigration Lawyer at all. If you have some problems or uncertain situation - I can highly recommend Raj. You will get what you pay for. He is really active, doesn't afraid to go to the Federal Court, I saw how authorities respect and probably hate him at the same time(CBSA and CIC in my case). But if you need your result - go to Raj

Raj Sharma literally accomplished a miracle for us. He got my husbands deportation stayed so that he could be here for the birth of our child.
