I have never had a problem getting on contact with phil. His promptness to me has been superb. I was amazed at the speediness and ethical manner my situation was approached. From start to beginning to finish Phil has always been there. Being a medical professional and having a background was not possible. I thought my medical career was ruined but Phil helped me get rid of that problem quick. Affordable, friendly, and promoted is what I expected and that's exactly what I got from Phil and his staff. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer. I'm excited to be able to put this behind me. Thanks so much Phil. It is greatly and always will be greatly appreciated.

Something is wrong with this guy. STAY AWAY FROM HIM! He ruined my case, ok my money, and refused my phone calls. I am reporting him to the state bar assoc

Phil was extremely helpful in my time of need. For a long time, I did not think I had a winning chance until I hired Phil. He was very polite and took care of all the paperwork in post-haste fashion. Whenever I had any sort of question about my case, he was able to answer it in a satisfactory manor. I would recommend Phil Trenchak to anyone in a heartbeat.

In my humble opinion it’s difficult to find a good lawyer in Las Vegas. Many of the lawyers I talked to about my situation seemed willing to say whatever was needed in order to get me to pay them. They behaved more like salesmen who were trying to sell me on the idea that they could win for me. Phil Trenchak was the first lawyer I talked to that seemed to be telling me the actual truth. He gave it to me straight and told me what he believed to be my odds of winning. I think we need more men like him practicing law in Las Vegas. Men who tell the truth even when it means they might lose a client to another lawyer who is willing to say anything to get paid. I hired Phil to represent me and I'm glad I did. Every friend of mine who has hired a lawyer in Las Vegas complains about what a terrible job their lawyer did and how nothing worked out the way the lawyer said it would. But I hired Phil and there were no surprises. I recommend him to everyone! Thanks for being a good guy Phil!

Phil Trenchak helped me when I felt like everyone had given up on me. His positive attitude and ambitious nature made me feel like I was no longer alone and that I had an ally who was willing to do whatever it took to help me. To say that Phil is an excellent lawyer is an understatement. He did so much more than represent me in court. He helped pull me out of the depression I was experiencing regarding my case and he showed me that there was a course of action which not only made sense but was undeniably the right thing to do. It's been a long time since I've felt the need to write a review of someone's work but after working with Phil I had to do it. I want other people in need of a lawyer to know what a difference it can make to hire the right person to represent you. If you are considering hiring a lawyer don't waste time speaking to anyone else about your case. Phil will do everything humanly possible to help you win. If I hadn't met Phil I don't know where I would be today.

He is doing the same thing to me. NEVER returns calls. NEVER responds to emails. Never is at his office. Tells me he is taking care of my paperwork,only to find out he is doing nothing & my deadlines have expired. Does not know what he is doing!! Tells lies!! HORRIBLE,TERRIBLE,AWFUL! I have done 99% of the paperwork & fighting myself!!

He filed the case for me (took him over a year cause he didn't know what he was doing) then after the 45 days was up he never contacted me and I tried to reach him over and over and he never called me back. I still am waiting to hear from him and it's been a long time. I have given him close to $1000 and I am very angry. Is this legal that he filed the case with the courts for my case and I never hear from him again?
