Do not use this lawyer..if you are looking for an attorney that will keep you updated this one will definitely not do that..if you are looking for an attorney that will help you with questions...he is knowledgeable but as far as giving you the run around this is definitely quite often with him

If there were ratings of 10+, Paul would have achieved those, this was the 1st and only time I have ever been in this kind of trouble and Paul made everything simplistic and walked me through every step of the way...He was their for me whenever I needed him, day or night and even on the weekends...He even went as far to answer legal questions for friends and family members, I am SO glad I made the choice to hire him, he fought hard to get results threw a lot of Drama, False Accusation, and Red Tape...If you want an attorney who will fight hard for you, and who has heart...then look no further!!!

Mr. Valdivieso has proven himself to be the kind of lawyer we want in our lives. He is not only knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very available and hard-working, he is reliable. I never had to wonder if he would be there for us. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, he reminded us what we had to do and explained things to us so that we would be successful. This is what a lawyer should be. This is the service I wanted and I am very happy with his concern and care. Text, call, fax, email...he uses every form of communication (even the old fashioned phone and f2f) to keep you up to date. Even though I live in Beach City I felt like he was always right there for me.

I can not explain to you how knowledgeable Paul is in every aspect. Paul has been nothing but helpful to me, anytime I call he answers; and if he doesn't Paul calls back right away. Every time I have contacted him via phone/email he responds. I put my full trust into Paul that he knows what is best for not only my situation but any of his clients- he truly does care. Paul checks up every now and then just to see how you are doing and if there is anything he can assist you with. Paul is very understanding when it comes to financial situations, he will work with what you can...including payment plans. He never has any information on the case he does not follow up with you when he didn't put ant effort in following up on the information that was given to him he was very unprofessional and lack the ability to be aggressive in the court room he was a push over what ever the DA said he went with it (What kind of BS is that) He is a big disappointment and a big wast of money

I hired him to handle criminal case. He never called me unless I called him and when asked how are we going to defend case he said he had no idea and asked me how I think we should handle the case.
