Do not use this lawyer..if you are looking for an attorney that will keep you updated this one will definitely not do that..if you are looking for an attorney that will help you with questions...he is knowledgeable but as far as giving you the run around this is definitely quite often with him

Mr. Valdivieso has proven himself to be the kind of lawyer we want in our lives. He is not only knowledgeable, easy to talk to, very available and hard-working, he is reliable. I never had to wonder if he would be there for us. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, he reminded us what we had to do and explained things to us so that we would be successful. This is what a lawyer should be. This is the service I wanted and I am very happy with his concern and care. Text, call, fax, email...he uses every form of communication (even the old fashioned phone and f2f) to keep you up to date. Even though I live in Beach City I felt like he was always right there for me.

Paul has done an outstanding job for me! I appreciate his straight-forwardness and willingness to explain everything to me so that I can understand. He has really gone above and beyond for me. I recommend him highly to anyone. I have heard horror stories about lawyer's not understanding the process and making it more difficult on the defendant - which makes me even more grateful to him for helping me through this process.

I hired him to handle criminal case. He never called me unless I called him and when asked how are we going to defend case he said he had no idea and asked me how I think we should handle the case.
