A great Lawyer with a vast knowledge of real estate law. He took a difficult situation that others had failed to resolve and stuck with it and made it happen. I will never use anyone else for my legal real estate matters ever again.

Paul saved me from losing my house to foreclosure and actually got it sold for more than I owed, allowing me to pocket a much-needed 5-figures. A charismatic, yet incompetent, Realtor I hired had cost me precious time and done nothing but stall me with double-talk. I finally hired Paul with instructions to do whatever he could to save me from foreclosure, now mere weeks away. The now-fired Realtor then actually blocked our attempts to list the property! Fortunately, Paul knew his stuff and dispatched the crooked Realtor and his scheme within a day. At every step, Paul explains to you exactly and very clearly what he’s doing and is unbelievably organized. He also has some connections with lenders, which proved to be a godsend. Having him on my side was a pleasure every single moment and I give Paul my strongest possible endorsement.

Mr Paul Stansen did an incredible job securing a short sale for my California home. The sale was not an easy one with both first and second mortgage lenders to deal with. From the outset Paul was direct and open on my options, alternate paths, benefits, consequences and finally and most importantly recommendations. It is one thing to be presented with a whole package of information and quite another to have a clear path of reason a logic to make sense of it all. For that I was most grateful to Paul. He provided all the direction, documentation and clearly spelled out approaches as we worked through the process. We had a number of road blocks that Paul found ways to quickly overcome – from a number of buyers walking at the last moment to bank’s difficult path to obtain approval of my short sale package. We agonized about taking on the short sale process given the situation we were in, but once we hired Paul, he took over. He guided us every step of the way and took the stress out of the experience for us. We never had to talk to the bank. We now have closure and a chance at a fresh start. We already are recommending Paul to our friends and family.

I had a horrible experience with Mr. Stansen.Mr Sransen failed to file documents on time resulting in a denial on my loan modification. I would call the bank and they had not recieved the paperwork I had given to Paul. When I would call his office i alway got a answering machine and he would take days to return my calls. This is my experience and I don not reccomend him.
