Frank did an amazing job. My son was accused of rape in the first and 3 counts of sexual abuse. We had two plea bargains 1st has five years 2nd was two years and we refused both and went to trial. We knew my son was looking at 25 years just for the rape charge, but we believed in our son and Frank. If we didn't believe in our lawyer we would have took the 1st plea. Frank worked hours on this case. He was getting about the same same amount of sleep as we where, if not less. When the trial ended and it was all up to the jury. I thought that no matter what the verdict was Frank couldn't have done anything more. He was unreal. When they called us back into the court room. Only 50 minutes later and I saw 2 cops come in 1 door 2 in the other door I had no idea what to expect. My son 19 years old. Is he going with the police or home with us where he belongs. The jury came out and read off the 1st,2nd,3rd Charge NOT GUILTY and rape in the first NOT GUILTY. Tears of joy. Frank GREAT JOB!!!!

Mr. Mellace has my utmost respect as my son's lawyer. He was extremely knowledgable, respectful and always dependable. I highly recommend him as a criminal lawyer .

He always takes the time to speak to his clients or return calls very promptly. He works for you above and beyond the call of duty. He listens, has compassion,treats you with respect, and works harder for you than you could ever imagine. His work ethics and values are impeccable.I would recommend him (and do) to anyone. My name is Andre and i must say that Frank has been everything I could hope for and more when it comes to legal advice / representation. He has taken care of all my legal situations and I wouldnt send my business anywhere else. Not only is he very professional and good at what he does but he also treats you with the utmost respect in whatever situation you may be in. Everytime I call him he responds back in a very timely fasion and he always seems to make time for me if i would prefer to see him in person. If you need any sort of legal help i would deffinetly recommend Mr. Mellace because there just isn't any other alternatives out there who can compare, Especially in the area (Rome, NY). Just thought i would come on here and share my 2 cents after the brilliant job he recently did for me in trial. Fought tooth and nail for me and was yet again victorious. By the way the person who rated him a 1 was the person going against me in court lol, just sour he lost.
