We were dissatisfied about Raymond Chow's services. We hired Mr Chow to help us apply for permanent residence. I am Canadian and wanted to sponsor my partner who is American. We're disappointed with the professionalism, response time, and quality of feedback. Mr.Chow did not provide us info in a timely matter (Letter from consulate was dated: 6 Jan and we received it from Mr.Chow on 19 Jan.) His response to our e-mail has be very slow and seems that he only responds quickly when money is involved.He withheld info on purpose such as how to submit my partner's passport to the consulate to get the visa.It felt like we had to prod and push for answers.He would not answer simple questions when we ask him directly in email.My mother went to meet with him as per my request.
He was disrespectful and would not answer her questions, stating that he did not want to repeat himself. Customer service was absolutely atrocious.We felt that he did not go above and beyond to provide best service for us
