I was thrilled with the service I received from Karinda and her staff. She advised me on my rights and the fathers rights and advocated for what I wanted in a fair and reasonable way. I do not have a lot of money and she discounted her bill and allowed me to have a payment plan. I would strongly recommend her.

If heartbreak was a word, I agree with all the negative reviews, I was told that with domestic abuse she's the one to go to, tell me why my ex. Who almost xxx me, got almost everything +family business. She competed with me personally on a " high school mean girl way"she Is insulting rude competitive with women I thought I was getting an ally I ended up getting a bully who sided with my husband extended the case 3 years actually got him a lawyer who dickrill helped. An insult to the profession, the agony I felt was amplified her bullying disrespect her assistants totally carry her. UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE, DISORGANISED UNHAPPY, DONOTSUPPORT THIS LAWYER HIRE HER ASSITANT MY HEART IS STILL BROKEN, still reeling from the pain and after effects of thus experience. BEING ABUSED BY MY EX WAS BAD ENOUGH I HONESTLY NEVER EXPECTED THAT FROM MY LAWYER, SHE WAS HIS FLYING MONKEY AND DIDNT REALIZE IT.. STILL HEARTBROKEN AND HUNGRY,,,OH SHE WAS NEGOTIATING/the case WITH MY 16 YR OL DIDNT realize it??

Karinda is seriously one of the worst lawyers i’ve met, her work is compatible to if a scentsy rep became a lawyer. She can’t ever decide what side she’s on, and is TERRIBLE for drawing things out.. we had her very briefly to which she essentially let us go due to “not wanting our case”.. secretly it’s because she’s besties with almost every single person in belleville so every case she could pitiably take is a conflict of interest. She never asked for any specific materials to aid our family court case, it’s been three years and we still haven’t seen my step child, due to the time wasted by Karinda Dockrill. Thanks karinda, hope you rot.

Karinda is knowledgeable, direct and seeks to implement solutions that are practical and effective. She helped lead me out of the wilderness of family law. Based on my experiences, I am astounded reading some bad reviews here. Perhaps people wanted hand-holding from their lawyer - you won’t get that from Karinda. She expects her clients to be adults, and that’s what moves things forward.

Beware, beware Karinda Dockrill. Very unprofessional, caustic, combative and never willing to compromise or work with opposing council. Negotiation is not part of her schtick. Poorly written briefs with typo and grammatical errors. Most importantly she dragged out the process for many years refusing to provide disclosure documents until ordered by a judge. Clients end up paying extremely high legal fees because she delayed the process for so long. She turned what should have been a quick six month divorce into an almost three year nightmare. Her style is not negotiation but opposition. This prolongs the process and makes her a lot of money. That is her end game!

I had a great experience with Karinda. She was direct and to the point. She doesn’t worry about hurting your feelings, but that’s her personality and it worked for me. She says it like it is and it gave me a wake up call. If you want a soft lawyer then she’s not for you, but her approach and her advice was incredibly valuable and will help me to take better care of myself and my finances in the future. She’s very smart, she knows her stuff and she resolved my family law issue in a timely manner. She got back to me quickly via email and her staff was also great. I would recommend her services.

Good lawyer. Yes she is blunt. She will tell you as it is. She will ask point blank questions. But the matter is handled and you can ask as many blunt questions as you want. I would recommend if you want a direct, honest lawyer.

I'm shocked by these negative reviews! For anyone separating they know how stressful it is, Karinda worked extremely hard for me and fought to get me 50/50 of our children. I found her and her staff to be confident. Would strongly recommend her.

Karinda runs with notions in case conferences that are not even factual, she is a Bully & tries very hard to get her opposing counsel to see things her way.....& look out if they don't!! Forget about faith fairness where she is concerned, she does not care about fairness at all. As others have stated stay far away from this incompetent bully!! Oh & my matter was a family matter. I wonder how she is when she meets a lawyer who is wise to her is her match!!! Please listen to these most recent reviews.

She helped me with the separation-agreement and divorce. Saved myself and my ex-wife, who of course had her own lawyer, lots of money. She is blunt and to the point. Her grammar in her emails can be improved, but in the end she pushed the separation process ahead. If you don't mind a direct lawyer, then go with her.

Worst lawyer ever, she has represented many people I know (including family) and lost everything for these people but charges big dollars for not doing her job. Talk a big talk (bully to her own clients) but doesn't know how to work in family law. Terrible real estate lawyers office as well...all about the money with all lawyer matters in the Kaufmann offices in Belleville and Trenton

As the parent of a daughter going through a divorce, having Karinda as her lawyer made this very stressful situation more bearable. Karinda never lost sight and fought for not only my daughter but our grandchildren. She kept the children as the main priority and was diligent in work ethics. Many a time she would respond back either by phone or email to my daughter directly when need be. She has gone above and beyond when responding to my daughter during high stress/high conflict times with her ex husband. She has a calming effect and has given our daughter the self esteem she was lacking. Karinda is not scared to say things how it is to put it all in perspective. we highly recommend Karinda Dockrill!

Fails to return calls , brought the wrong case file to my hearing, and asked for child support....we have no kids! Yells if confronted....a horrible experience! Wish I had never step foot in her office.
