I've worked with Abraham over the past year. He is extremely organized, efficient and gives you great hope that things will work out. Not only that, but he delivers on that hope, even when unexpected events occurred, his ability to strategically plan ahead and ensure his client's success has been his vice. He is a great lawyer, super supportive to my family and to the people of my community and does NOT overcharge or take money from people. They are a fraud and racist 1.he withdrawn $1400 from my credit card without my permission. 2.He lies on me as he asked to give him my credit card info without saying a reason before he withdraw that amount. 3.He knows nothing about real estate law and outsources 4.He suppose to be me my lawyer in first time home purchase but I REALIZED THAT HE WAS WORKING WITH THE SELLER AGAINST ME. 5. He failed to negotiate with the seller lawyer to finalize the deal and all the sudden he closed the case and withdrew $1400 without my knowledge, he left me in a real bind. More so he BREACHED THE PRIVACY by sharing my conversation with him with a third party without my permission which negatively impacted on my situation. Finally, he kept taking with me rudely (racist). If I give you an advice would be stay away and look for some one honest!!!

I had an excellent experience with Mr Abraham Top.
He was completely professional and knowledgeable, he personaly reviewed my file in detail. I was surprised by his behavior since he explaind all the things I have to do in simplest way as possible. He is not same as most of lawyers who are looking at you as dollar sign. He expend long time with me free of charge and I can say I left his office with excellent understanding of how to resolve my issue. If you need a real lawyer I can say he is your best choice.

Abraham Top is a fraud!, he will say anything to take your money. He knows nothing about real estate law and outsources his work to other people claiming it to be his. He will tell you everything to spend money with him and will run through the money in less than a week then ask for more. More so he will directly impact the case in a negative way so that he will have to outsource it. Stay away !!!

I just used TOP LAW FIRM for my lawyers on my first house purchase. Abe Top was great. He walked me through everything and the people in his office were there when I had questions. Best of all their fee was better then the other lawyers I spoke to. I will use them again when I sell. As someone who works in a Bank I appreciate the small firms who know their clients by first name not by a client number. I guess their called Top Law Firm for a reason.

Mr. Top is very knowledgeable and took his time in explaining all the basics to me, as well as different possible scenarios and what was likely to happen. He guided me through the case and was always there when I needed to speak with him. He regularly provided me with updates in relation to my case. His fees are very fair and the quality of his work is very good. He just finished my case and I'm very happy with the result.

Mr. Top just finished my case today and thank god I hired him. I was charged with assault and assault with a weapon. The Crown wanted to put me in jail for a long time. Mr. Top was the best. He questioned the witness at trial so good by the time he was finished he asked the Judge for a decision right there. The Crown lawyer said the witness didn’t prove his case good enough and the judge withdrew my charges. Mr. Top I owe you my job, my life and everything. Only my family and Abe Top believed me. Thank you.

I was charged with robbery, theft and 4 other charges in Newmarket. I spoke with three lawyers who quoted me high fees and were recommending I plea.
