Nick Cummings is a prosecutor in Larimer County. I should not have been surprised by the lack of attention to detail, and the lack of any concern for the facts. I was told that Cummings was working on a qestion I posed to the courts. The response did not address the question asked. Thus this lack of attention to detail just shows that any answer will be given to questions placed in front of him, with no concern for getting the facts. I think a phone call could have been made, to get a full understanding of the question. From past interactions I have had with others in this office I wonder if any of them know how to use a phone? As this is not the first time I have had replies that do not answer the subject asked or do not represent the facts. Nick seems to be following the leadership examples set by Larry Abrahmson and Andrew Lewis.
