Judge Schults has already denied me the right to a fair trial. He doesn't understand the rules of evidence. 1-23-13 4D 3:30

When I agreed to my plea deal I asked that I would retain my gun rights. Judge Schultz told me I would, and after i completed the probation I would get my life back. After completing the terms of the case, I called and asked that these be restored as what Judge Schutlz told me in court was not true. I received a letter from him stating that I wanted to purchase weapons, I called and asked that I could use weapons to go hunting. This lack of attention to detail is so common in the 8th Juicial District that I was not surprised. As Judge Schultz advised me at the time I was in court, and he advised in error, thus demonstrating his lack of understanding of current laws and did not take the time to understand my qeustion. He should not be retained on the bench.
