this lawyer is an idiot. He wasn't even mine and I could see that. He was the lawyer for the mother (i am the dad). We where in a child custody case and he didn't seem like he could keep a straight train of thougt. Kept calling one of HIS witnesses by the wrong name, studderd over his own words during questions, and left the court twice to handle something else in the middle of it!! He did that during our mediation as well. He vanished for almost an hour!! Needless to say I won.
