My husband and I have used Mr. Pahuja for many years as our counsel for a variety of matters, including negotiating our leases and also for our estate matters. We are both elderly and Mr. Pahuja would perform house calls for us. We highly recommend using this lawyer.

I have used Mr. Pahuja since 2007.My Partner and I retained him to prepare the paperwork for our business and since used him for many other legal requirements, which ranged from shareholder matters to real estate purchases and financing and reviewing commercial leases. I was sorry to hear about his health problems and that he has stopped practicing law.

Sanjay Kumar Pahuja, is a suspended lawyer who used to work with a convicted criminal named Claudio Moreira at Rochon Genova in Toronto. Moreira 35, was convicted in 2013 for sexually assaulting a 15 year and video recording it on his blackbarry. his cases are in canli. Claudio and Pahuja registered a fraudulent charge against my mothers property without any signed authorization, Pahuja requested early disbursement before closing and used his trust account to move $68,000 into another bank account of Claudio and then cashed $68,000 until the bank found out the fraud and put hold on the money. We reported it to the Law Society sent the documents and then were advised he is Administratively Suspended no longer can use a trust account

He has no communication skills. Screwed up my power attorney documents costing me hundreds and his fees are higher than other lawyers.

Nothing but good things to say about this guy. Has handled over 4 transactions (3 mortgage refinances and 1 purchase) for me and always given me great service. I have also recommended him and gotten really good thanks for doing so. Not sure about the situation with that other guy but whatever happened it does not sound like Sanjay. Anyways, I say thumbs up.

This guy is incompetent. Completely screwed up a simple condo transaction costing me hundreds of $ in penalty interest charges. Said he would pay these charges as they were due to his errors but 6 months on and despite many confirmations by him that he had paid the charges are still outstanding. He has no communication skills, canceled meetings minutes before they were supposed to occur and could not even remember the names of the 2 people who he was representing. I could go on. Despite all this, he insisted I pay him his full fee which was higher than competent lawyers.
