charged me twice what other lawyers quoted.Told me he would sue the Attorney General for court costs and fees.That never happened. Communication was spotty. Very hard to get ahold of him. Have to make an appt and pay the going rate. AG is still sending any money they can intercept from tax refund etc to my ex because although I signed the proper docs in his office and he got the court order clearing my mess with the AG up, he never filed or sent it to the AG. I called the AG and they say they have no paperwork from the Weaver Law Firm. He got the court order in July 2010 and it is now Jan 2011. This lawyer is incompetent.I recently received a letter from them stating that the matter is closed and 'thank you for your business.'
