Mr Golian is a good lawyer, just a little to big hearted. he has done work for me without changing me what I should be charged. He is good hearted and tries very hard without a staff. I believe that those who complain don't understand the complexity of law.

dont get down on Paul. he is a really good person and trys hard as a lawyer.

Paul is NEVER available and does not return phone calls. Due to his illness he is also away often and does not communicate this before retaining him. I would not recommend this lawyer if you require prompt answers. Paul has also misplaced information and wasted an entire appointment to collect and rewrite the lost information.

Mr. Golian is very hard to get a hold of. He works alone and therefore his workload is heavy although he'd never tell you that. He's been sick alot and that reflects in your case getting anywhere. Communication is terrible! When you first meet him he seems to be very nice and honest but we caught him in a few lies as well. They are all the same. Although he is probably the best of the bunch I wouldn't recommend him. He doesn't seem to have the time to devote to you...He has too many clients and so little time. He buckles under presssure. ...grants adjournments too easily and then doesn't follow up on those adjourned motions ...To nice a guy to fight for you against the likes of Pringle and GM... he knows the system is broken here and knows who the problem judges and lawyers are....too bad he wouldn't stand up to that... I'd go out of town wheres there no click.

Paul started out very well for me when he agreed to take my case in March 2011. He was very receptive to my needs and we had several appointments to prepare the documents for court. On July 20th the matter went to a case conference and it was recommended by the judge that my licence be re-instated so that I might comply with the support order. Part 2 of this saga was a hearing with FRO representatives on July 22nd to explain why I had not made the required payments. The day before the hearing Paul called and said, " We have a problem, Judge McFayden was to hear the case but she refused to hear it because George represented you in your divorce. We will have to schedule an emergency hearing but that could be difficult as it is summer" It is now October 16, and despite e-mails and numerous phone calls(95% of which Mr Golian's mailbox is full, so messages can't be left) later, still no response from Mr. Golian. Two times I did get to leave a message but no reply from Mr. Golian.

Mr.Golian is wonderfull always willing to answer my questions in a way that i understand, he is always willing to listen to whaat i want and what i expect and he gives me valid information. he returns my phone calls promptly and when he says we are going to be doing something on a day he never reschedules. i would highly recommend mr golian to anyone looking for a lawyer.
