Radcliff represented me in a custody case. We lost, and she left a message on my work voicemail letting me know I would no longer have custody of my children. She did not advise me to appeal the decision, probably knowing that she would not be able to drop my case. Fifteen years later, I still receive bills from her. I have offered to settle my bill several times to no avail. Unprofessional, uncaring...the worst decision I ever made was putting my children's well being in her hands.

Awful lawyer! She changes cost mid way threw a case to double cost(not for doing any additional work). She will sit on a case (relateing to a child) for months and then refuse to go to trail for divorce saying it's not financialy worth it. I would not recomend this lawyer!

taking advantage of senior citizen with dementia for personal gain. Acting beyond due dillegence to gain the trust and coerce a dementia patient to sign a power of attoney. Excluding the immediate family from communications with the patient even to the extent of moving the patient to an unknown location. unethical behavour for miscommunicating her intent to healthcare professionals.
