I agree with the others that I received nothing after paying thousands. (I ended up writing my own agreement.) I was in a rough place and this office made the experience even worse. Communication is horrible taking days or weeks to reply to a question. I would never refer this office to anyone.

I believe she knows a lot of the judges and is good in court. I also believe she has no compassion and laughed and smirked when was looking at pictures of someone who had been abused. Very unprofessional!I

Retained Mrs. Ruegg as a referal. I agree with the above client that Mrs. Rueggs office is horrible with communication. When they were trying to collect the retainer they called several times a day. Now that we paid the retainer fee getting ahold of them is impossible. No one ever responds and you often wonder what you paid for. Your retainer fee gets eaten up simply by them reading your paperwork or emails at $300 per hour. Think twice about retaining this attorney. I am an honest hard working perosn who needed help only to be ripped off.

I was recommended to Ms. Ruegg by a friend and I owe him everything for that. Ms. Ruegg is smart and all the judges know her--she was AMAZING in court! Sometimes it did take a day or two to get a call back, but it was all worth it. She told me to trust her, and I did and she did not let me down! I have recommended her to several of my friends because I think she really is the "honest lawyer" She was always very upfront with me and I appreciated it (even though I didn't want to hear it sometimes!)

Knowledge of the law is okay, but all they do is take money with no action and there is no communication.
