Overall, she did an excellent job. Sometimes I had issues getting in touch with her, but she made sure she would respond to me in a timely fashion. Good, aggressive, and honest/straightforward. Didn't BS me with my case.

She doesn't care about her client she is more concerned about the money. She doesn't fight for her client because she is lazy.
