Mr. Hineman has represented me in a crucial and on going custody matter where he had taken over for a previous attorney. He was able to discern the facts in a short period of time and present a case that was once in favor of the other party and prove to the court that I was a more fit and proper parent who provided a safe, loving and stable environment. Mr. Hineman fought for me and advocated in every aspect for me that made all the difference in saving my daughter from an abusive home. He is passionate about his work and very thorough and meticulous. I never felt uncomfortable or shunned. He has always returned my calls timely and would take the time necessary to discuss the case. He would review the case and put me on track for trial and gave sound advice. He has been worth every penny spent because he save my daughters life. Very rude! His word is not his bond but your money is. Does not return phone calls, staff is disorganized and shady details about where his *actual* office is located. If you leave a deposit don't expect to ever see it again. He'll have, what he considers, valid reasons for keeping it.
