Not only is she a great attorney, she knows her way around the court room. Very knowledgeable, she gave great advice. She is a fierce advocate who knows what she is doing. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her. Her rates are fair, you definately get your money's worth.

Ethical and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone. Michelle knew the law, the court rules, and cared about my case. This is an attorney who also has a heart! Her rates were reasonable as well. And, by the way, I won!

THE WORST Attorney in the history of Law!
Advised me to take my child and leave the state even though I did not have custody. After spending hundreds of dollars on plane tickets I no sooner walked off of the plane than the Marshall called me and told me I would be arrested if I did not return. Prior to following her terrible advice I spoke to a reputable attorney who told me not to do this. When I told her what the other attorney said she replied "Is he your attorney, or am I?". I THOUGHT this bimbo knew what she was talking about, but apparently not...on so many levels and issues.
After returning she withdrew as my attorney siting conflict of interest because HER husband was divorcing her and had hired MY ex-husband's attorney. HOW WAS THIS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST?!?
This woman took my money (4K) and did NOTHING for me, THEN had the nards to sue me for unpaid attorney's fees! Of course after the statute of limitations was up for me reporting her misconduct to the Indiana Bar
