ML while is a very tenacious good attorney if you are looking for good representation. I have seen him in action, and you want him on your side. Without too much info, he helped my family tremendously. I would definitely prefer him as a friend/acquaintance than enemy.

DeMichelle never said ML was NOT kind, generous, talented, brilliant or young. This is about attorney ethics, honesty and paying for the 0+1 transcript that he ordered on the record, Page 36. Judgment was granted to DeMichelle in CA and Florida. ML is keeping this going for years filing motions and appeals, paying hundreds of $$$ in filing fees; not Ms. DeMichelle. Check courthouse records! ML wrote a check to Musetta & Associates for $515 to transcribe the 10-25-10 hearing in Tampa, yet will not pay a $481 invoice from 2007 to DeMichelle? Pure harassment! End this Laurato!
Ms. DeMichelle never, ever made critical comments about Laurato's mother or wife, nor would she ever do such a thing. Not sure where you got that false and incorrect information. I know for a fact that Ms. DeMichelle has tried to end this on more than one occasion and ML refuses to do so. I have great respect for Ms. DeMichelle and her court reporting firm in California.

Michael Laurato is a brilliant and driven attorney. I find it incredibly juvenile and despicable for a person involved in a legal dispute against him (this court reporter) to resort to slander, including critical comments made about his mother and wife, who have no connection in the subject matter and have done nothing wrong. Furthermore, what does Michael's brother's arrest have to do with Michael's credibility and competency as an attorney? She may have had me on her side at first, but when she started crossing the line from a legal matter to a personal attack, she lost HER credibility. Now she's just an ignorant woman with nothing better to do.

Check out this website and you will know why. http://demichelledepositionreporters.... This attorney uses his Florida State Bar License to play games, harass and abuse people he owes money to. He has numerous complaints and lawsuits from citizens and vendors to the Florida Bar, Small Claims and Superior Court about his ethics, behavior and how he will harass someone he owes money to and drag on lawsuits so he can collect on attorney fees.
