I rated this attorney with low scores due to the fact that he originally told us that he would take our case on then later dropped us in a letter. He is the only attorney in his office. I believe this is a major reason why he can not handle larger cases. I called him several months ago to check on the case and until we received his recent letter we had not heard back from him. He is pleasant when you meet him. I just want to warn other perspective clients with larger cases that our personal experience with Cleary was a complete emotional and financial let down.
