I did not use this guy...but twice was referred to him on a divorce in this wretched, God-forsaken town of Wichita Falls. The second referral was from a law school buddy trying to help me out. Mr. Smith promised this law school buddy he would do what he could to help me out and told me to call his office. I called Mr. Smith's office a second time as a result of his conversation with his law school buddy, leaving a message, and this guy never returned my call! Probably a good indicator of what kind of guy he is. He is not a man of his word. I can only attest to his communication efforts...disregard other ratings.
