I hate writing bad reviews but I am honestly disappointed. I paid $5300 flat rate for something that others would've charged me $2500 for but I still went with him because he sounded like he knew what he was talking about... Haven't heard from him in 2 months, he doesn't contact me back and ignores my emails. I still don't know where I stand with my case which sucks since it involves my child. I've never heard of an attorney just completely ignoring his or her client and keeping their money... It's very upsetting.

Mr. Wiggs is the most honorable attorney I have ever dealt with. He stays on top of every issue and in court he is like a bulldog. He is very methodical and deliberate in his questioning of witnesses and has a very keen insight into the intricacies of the law. He is absolutely a great litigator and his experience is readily apparent when he is in court. Personally, Mr. Wiggs is a very nice man and shows compassion, humor, and most importantly, honor when he was dealing with me. He does not try to "gouge" you for money like other attorneys in the area. I highly recommend Mr. Wiggs for anyone seeking a good attorney. If I ever need legal representation again, I will hire Mr. Wiggs with no hesitation.

Mr. Wiggs did not address issues in child support modification and I am looking for a new attorney. Mr. Wiggs is very scattered and you have to keep reminding him of the issues and he doesn't even address them in open court. Do not waste your time or hard earned money. Very disappointed in his performance, he does not have much knowledge on child support laws.
