As a former D.A. he forgets 99% of the time that he is a criminal defense attorney now. He will lie to get your business than sell you out before you know it. He is an "influence peddling" lawyer. Which is against ethics. He plays the "im friends with the judge card, so take a plea". He is and always will be a plea lawyer. Not a reduced plea but a regular this is what you would have gotten if you used a public defender "plea". And i'm saying this as a person who knows all cases are different. So in other words no matter if your case is weak, strong or actually innocent he will not fight the charges based on legal dispositive motions. In fact this clown doesn't even file motions, all he files for is the "discovery" and his favorite "guilty plea colloquy". Perry is a typical good ol boy, get along to go along attorney with D.A. blood dripping thru his spineless body. Just another Dauphin County attorney living off decades old stardom and has no incentive to fight.
