I had a pleasure working with Mr. Nguyen during a difficult time of separating from my spouse. He was well organized, explained complex issues and took time to make sure I understood in every step of the way in order to make sound decisions. He provides update regularly and proved to be an effective lawyer. I am really satisfied with the outcome of my family case.

Tam Nyguen participated in a fraud relating to my late mother. He was paid for drafting legal documents and the copies of these do not exist at Jane Harvey law office at the Bay St. location. Jane Harvey and Tam Nyguen have destroyed the copies and claim my mother was never in their office. I witnessed my mother pay for these documents and the copies were to remain at this law office. I suspect the lawyers tore up the documents to cause conflict after her death which has happened. The documents were destroyed because I was appointed as sole attorney and the executor of the estate. Benjamin Marcos tore up the Jane Harvey will on November 1, 2016 to destroy the estate and have 3 beneficiaries removed from the will. This conflict has caused the probate court to seize the estate and destroy it with milking the estate with legal fees.

He missed appointments he agreed to. His work was inadequate; I needed to hire another lawyer to do the work. No confidence in his skills. Coincidentally, a friend of mine had used him for an estate issue, he sat on the paperwork for 2 of the 3 months of probate.

I retained Tam Nguyen to assist me in settling estate matters for a deceased relative. He clearly explained what we needed to do in order to successfully accomplish my goals and what challenges we could face. He was prepared at every meeting we had and always displayed a positive attitude. It was reassuring to work with a lawyer who promptly responded to my phone or email messages. I appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provide me with critical legal advice. Tam diligently fulfilled his duties, kept me informed throughout the process and provided me with everything that I required. His rate was extremely reasonable considering all the legal work he performed. I consider him to be a skilled and hard-working lawyer who I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent legal assistance.

I had Tam work on a family matter of mine and he keeps dropping the ball, I have to follow up with him multiple times before he takes action and I have a concern that he may even be over-billing. He is knowledgeable but seems to treat people like a volume business and the quality of service shows. He also admits to having limited litigation experience. Below average to poor service.
