Mr. Nelson appears to lack the broader issues associated with powers of attorneys as well as guardianships. He lacks a thorough understanding of steps necessary to initiate medical care for aging seniors unable to make decisions for themselves.He also allows his personal issues to interupt services to his clients. On later checking his rate compared with other more knowledgeable attorneys in the area, his rates are roughly 25% higher.
