I was referred to Rob to handle my very challenging divorce after my 1st attorney had a conflict of interest and could no longer represent me. I was already one year in with the first attorney and extremely stressed given the circumstances of my case.
My ex was an absolute nightmare to work with as was his over the top lawyer who looked for every opportunity to financially break me with ridiculous demands and letters. Rob made it clear to me that he would not run my bill up answering BS legal letters and he didn’t.
My case had two parts that needed to be handled; a restraining order against my ex which was successfully done in family court by Rob and the division of assets with a foreign component, which required a great understanding of family law. Rob handled both with ease. He was ready to go to trial and is an experienced trial lawyer (important), but thankfully we settled 2 days before trial. Thank you, Rob for helping me get out of a nightmare. Hope this helps someone.

In a DV case and a custody issue, the attorney all but capitulated to the felony convicted, drug using father rather than secure the safety of the infant with the mother who is the caretaker since birth. The restraining order against the father should never have been modified. No joint custody, even temporary, should have been permitted due to the father's abduction of the infant, extortion attempts and knife wielding, gun threatening violent behavior to the mother. The infant's welfare was never primary with this attorney. While the court allowed monitored visitation, this attorney never challenged the father's maternal grandfather who orchestrated the abduction of the infant as the monitor. The father and his father both are convicted felons, the father for extortion and robbery, his father for using & selling drugs. No place to raise a child. This attorney was a useless piece of .......
