The worst Family lawyer in Florida. He is being charged by the Florida Bar call and ask about case #2013-50,765(17E) and case #2014-50,775(17E) the Florida Bar phone number is 954-835-0233 his case is pending in the Florida supreme court. He is charged with violation of professional conduct, dishonesty, fraud, deceit, misrepresentation and incompetents.

Mr. Adams and his staff provided me with very poor service and cost me thousands. Mr. Adams did not prepare me for the mediation; in fact, the day we were supposed to prepare, I had to help him with his own financial affidavit software. We did not have a game plan for the mediation and as a result the opposing counsel set the tone and the conditions. Mr. Adams is such a poor attorney, that I wound up paying more in child support than I should have. While Mr. Adams seems like a nice person, I would not recommend him professionally to anyone; period. I'm am still paying for the poor representation that he provided me, as I had to go to another attorney in light of his mistake re: child support payments.

Entirely dishonest, incompetent and emotionally abusive. His inappropriate trick is to threaten you if you don't agree to give him additional retainer- he did it to me 4 times. He cared only about being liked by my ex's attorney and spent the time (that he should have been consulting me) asking ex's attorney if he could make a double date night with him. He lied to the Judge against my interests and the Judge knew he was lying and questioned him and shook his head. He seems to derive pleasure in hurting his clients- he has emotional problems and acts like he hates his work and his clients. You are likely to do better on your own based on my friends' experiences who went on their own.

Mr. Adams is not a well prepared Lawyer. His firm or himself do not have the tenacity to help or to defend anyone on court. Very unprofesional and all his conpany does is to charge you for work not completed. very dissapointing experience. I will urge people not to use his services at all.

Came to mediation without the mandatory disclosure form. He hadn't read the opposing side's material. He wasn't unprepared.

I would not recommend Mr. Adams, he is not a good father's advocate although he advertises as such. He is poorly prepared in court, stumbling and bumbling through proceedings. He makes numerous mistakes including but not limited to, typos and insertion of incorrect names on documents he filed with the court and sent to the other party. He does not keep current with changes to procedure and law and frequently confused parenting plans with "visitation". Even the GAL stated that the case would have gone in my favor had my attorney known how to question him properly. I prepared the majority of my own documents, (although he continued to charge me) and on multiple occasions had to provide Mr. Adam's with additional copies after he lost them. Most recently, it took Mr. Adams six months to respond to my request that he fax a copy of my IDO to my employer. PLEASE do not waste your time and money on someone who provides sub-par representation at best and is openly negligent at worst!
