James skillfully advised how to articulate my defense. Where appropriate he retained independent experts, who worked with together with us as a team. The strategy that evolved concerning an investigation by the professional body of which I am a member was excellent. Jim learned through questioning me and discussion, some important changes in my life, which proved beneficial in developing a plan to impress upon committee members that further reprimands would not be in the best interestss of either the profession or myself. He asked me to be myself and express myself from my heart in explaining life changes for me and how these changes proved positive in dealing with clients in my business. It was easy for me to speak in this way at the hearing and the results, being dismissal of the inquiry, indicate that the committee must have heard us and agreed with our position.
